The croissants are already eggwashed to give a crisp & glossy crust. Place product onbaking paper or baking tray and allow sufficient space in between and above to allow product proving / baking to finish. If further proving is required please ensure room temperature are 25-27 C max to avoid melting butter in pastries. Steam can also be used.
