Must be kept frozen at -18C until ready to use. Once the carton is opened, ensure the pastry kept covered to preventit from drying out. Do not refreeze product once thawed or baked. Place product on baking paper or baking tray and allow sufficient space in between and above to allow product proving / baking to finish. If further proving is required please ensure room temperature are 25-27 C max to avoid melting butter in pastries. Steam can also be used.
